Job Description: ASAP Start for 6+ months Monday-Friday- 7a-5p- 1-2 weeks per month (schedule would be based on what the other doctors are not able to work.)
Shift Type: DaysBoard Certified OR Board Eligible -RequiredWA license OR IMLC -RequiredBLS, DEA -Required Malpractice - Clean PreferredAvailability at time of name clear - Required: 60 days of availability from start date. Specific dates and black out dates required for presentation First Day: Unit orientation will be held prior to patient care. First day of seeing patients will be very light, with EPIC support on site.

Duties:
  • New patients, follow up visits, therapeutic treatments (Botox, ONB. etc.)FTE: 1.0Days per month: 5 days/week
  • Required Procedures: Minimal, Botox, ONB, etc.
  • Patient Volume: 13-15 per dayEMR: EPICSupport Staff: Established LPN or MA already in clinic
  • Timeframe: 45-90 days
