TasksAdvise employees, managers and the Managing Director on HR-related topics Own administrative HR topics for local US employees Lead local recruiting, including job postings, screenings, interviews and job fairs Develop and strengthen the local employer brand to attract talent Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, rules and regulations Support change processes and develop local HR concepts and policies in alignment with global HQLead or support HR projects and special initiatives with local and international impact Act as interface between local employees, managers, global HR and internal/external service providers Perform other tasks as assigned by Disciplinary and Functional Leaders
