Associate Program Director

Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day execution of capital projects, ensuring adherence to standardized protocols and safety measures Act as the primary operational escalation point for local project managers, general contractors, and consultants Maintain financial integrity across project reporting and safeguard critical schedule dependencies to ensure operational readinessRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration 5 to 8+ years of project management experience in corporate interiors or multi-site capital programs Proficiency in e-Builder, MS Project, or Primavera P6, along with financial cost reporting skills Experience managing concurrent capital projects with individual spends ranging from $250K to $10M Strong understanding of change order management processes and client sign-off workflows
