Key responsibilities: Own end-to-end execution of travel and lifestyle requests, coordinating tasks including luxury accommodations, flights, dining reservations, and complex logistics Deliver high-touch member support via chat, maintaining clear communication and strong follow-through Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Atlas's premium positioning through attention to detail and anticipating member needsRequired qualifications 2-4 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end lifestyle management Proven ability to manage complex, personalized itineraries and high-stakes requests with minimal oversight Strong global travel knowledge, including familiarity with top-tier hotels, dining, and cultural destinations High level of discretion and comfort handling sensitive member information Strong organizational instincts with the ability to juggle multiple live requests and shifting priorities
