What You'll Do: Manage family law matters from initial consultation through final resolution Handle divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related matters Counsel clients and provide clear, thoughtful legal guidance Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive arguments Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trials

What We're Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing Demonstrated experience practicing family law Strong understanding of Colorado family law and court procedures Salary & Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
