As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores.   • We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average of $15.92 to $27.64, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

  • What we're looking for...High school diploma or GED.One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements: All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
