The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of CT procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed CT techniques for diagnosis. The role demands the ability to prioritize and organize daily workflow while ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine diagnostic procedures for CT imaging.
Obtain intravenous access as necessary.
Maintain organized workflow and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
Required
Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Minimum of 1 year of CT/PET experience. EPIC EMR experience is required. Current New York State license and ARRT certification in CT.Experience with contrast injection. GE scanner experience is preferred. Basic computer skills necessary. Why ARMStaffing?
