Selective Insurance seeks an Assistant Vice President, Talent and Leadership Development to lead enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership readiness. You will coach senior leaders, design scalable development experiences, and drive data-driven talent decisions aligned with strategy. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will partner with HR and executive teams to strengthen leadership depth and organizational capability across the enterprise.
