About the Role:
A leading provider of subscription-based news, data, and market intelligence to the global insurance and reinsurance industry is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business sales into the professional services ecosystem that supports the insurance industry — law firms, consulting firms, audit/tax advisory practices, executive search firms, and insurance technology/system vendors. You'll sell the same enterprise subscription product used across the business, focused on a buyer set that advises, audits, or builds technology for insurers rather than insurers themselves.
What You'll Do:
- Own new business development into insurance-focused service providers — law firms, consultancies, audit/tax firms, executive search firms, and InsurTech/system vendors
- Run a full sales cycle from prospecting through close, selling enterprise-level subscription products (multi-user licenses) to partners, practice leads, and business development leaders
- Partner with an established editorial and intelligence team to translate market-moving content into a compelling sales narrative
- Build territory knowledge of the insurance advisory and vendor landscape to identify and prioritize target accounts
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling data, research, subscription content, or professional services into a regulated or relationship-driven industry
- A demonstrated hunter mentality — comfortable with outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch
- Strong communication skills and comfort selling to senior stakeholders (partners, practice leads) despite being early-career
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or professional services landscape is a plus, not required
Compensation: $100,000 base + bonus
