Kidney Transplant Social Worker - Impactful Patient Advocate

Sanford Health is seeking a Transplant Social Worker to support kidney transplant recipients and living donors through pre- and post-transplant phases. You will join a multidisciplinary team and coordinate psychosocial care, counseling, and economic planning as needed. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays. A Master's in Social Work and current state licensure are required; experience in healthcare is preferred.
