Construction Project Coordinator

Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to identify key project requirements. Assist in the development of project schedules. Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, team members and clients. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports. Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Report, manage and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field OR 4-5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information. Excellent organizational with a keen attention to detail. Solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, and practices. Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, Procore, scheduling software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to achieve a positive outcome.
