Associate Consultant – Operations & Supply Chain, Life Sciences

🔬 What You'll Do: ✔ Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges✔ Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights✔ Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients✔ Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics✔ Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations✔ Present findings through clear written and verbal communication✔ Coach and support junior team members to build team capabilities✔ Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed✅ What We're Looking For🎓 Bachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement🧪 2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field🧪 Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience🧪 Strong Life Sciences industry credibility🎯 We're especially interested in candidates with consulting experience supporting Life Sciences, Biopharma, Med Tech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements.💰 Compensation
