Key responsibilities for this role include serving as a trusted advisor across a range of exposures, from D&O to cyber, and leading a team in detailed policy reviews, risk audits, and strategic client engagements. The role also demands a talent for building high-performing teams, driving business development, and maintaining operational and financial oversight of the division. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Financial Lines within a brokerage setting, with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client portfolios, be adept at negotiation, and possess excellent communication skills.
