Engineering Supervisor - Remote (2x/wk) in Mining IoT

Flexco in Downers Grove, IL seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of 4–5 Engineers and Technicians and collaborate with a global group to deliver new products and processes for underground mining solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 15+ years of engineering experience in mining or bulk handling, strong leadership, and hands-on CAD experience (SolidWorks).Experience with electro-mechanical and IoT products is a plus; remote work up to two days/week
