Assistant Director

Job Description: We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and compassionate individual to work with adults ages 18–59 who have developmental disabilities. The Assistant Director is expected to work approximately 70 hours per week and will be responsible for developing participant programs, coordinating staff and participant schedules, managing participant intake, and supporting other program functions. Candidate must have a college degree, preferably in the areas of recreational therapy, activity professional, or other related field, andtwo years of experience working with adults with special needs. QIDP and CPR certification are preferred.
