Senior Substation Design Engineer

Key responsibilities: Design power utility substations, including general arrangements, equipment layouts, and grounding plans, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and client standards Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project execution and resolve technical issues Provide technical mentorship and oversight to junior engineers, reviewing calculations, drawings, and specifications for quality and compliance

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution 7-10 years of experience in substation physical design engineering Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong document management and organization skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
