Immigration Removal Defense Attorney Travel & Hearings

San Joaquin College of Law’s New American Legal Clinic invites applications for a Staff Attorney focused on immigration removal defense. Under the Clinic Director, you will interview potential clients, analyze relief options, and prepare filings for USCIS and EOIR, representing clients before agencies. The role requires J.D. and Bar membership, willingness to work nights/weekends, and travel across the Central Valley and to San Francisco/Los Angeles.
