Part-Time Marketing & Content Coordinator

What You'll Do: Take photos and videos of equipment, production, testing, demonstrations, training, and company activity. Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels. Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and product clips. Design social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva. Edit and improve photos for digital and print use. Help maintain a consistent social media posting schedule. Write captions and basic marketing copy. Help organize our growing library of photos, videos, graphics, and marketing assets. Work with sales, production, engineering, and management to identify upcoming content opportunities. Bring new ideas for how we can better showcase Cyclone, our equipment, and our customers. Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is: Creative EnergeticOrganizedProactiveComfortable talking with people Interested in photography and video Comfortable working around industrial equipment Able to recognize good content opportunities without always being told what to photograph or film You should be equally comfortable spending time creating something on Canva and walking through our facility to film a machine being tested. Skills We'd Like to SeeSocial media content creation experience Strong Canva skills Photography and photo editing Graphic design or visual layout skills Short-form video editing Experience with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, or similar software is a plus Good written communication skills Portfolio Over Degree A college degree is not required for this position. We're much more interested in what you can create than where you learned how to create it. If you have a strong portfolio of social media content, photography, video, graphic design, Canva projects, freelance work, personal projects, or creative work from previous jobs, we want to see it. Please include a portfolio link or examples of your work when applying. Why This Could Be a Great RoleThis isn't a traditional marketing job where you'll spend the entire day behind a computer. One day you may be editing a video or building graphics in Canva. The next you may be outside filming an airport runway cleaning system being tested, photographing a newly completed machine, or documenting equipment before it ships internationally. You'll have considerable opportunity to help shape how Cyclone presents itself online. As you learn our products and markets, the position may also grow into areas such as: Product marketing Trade shows and events Website content Customer success stories Product launches Digital campaigns Video production Brand development ScheduleApproximately 20–25 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling. This is primarily an on-site position at our Phoenix facility because capturing current activity is one of the most important parts of the role. Some flexibility may occasionally be needed around customer demonstrations, equipment testing, training, or other major events.
