Ranch Hand Welder - 2nd Shift

Welder Join the Ranch Hand Team! Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed! Our Welders are responsible for adding value in the process flow by accurately assembling various components and/or sub-assemblies into specified fixturing and joining by welding or repairing defective welds. Responsibilities include observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company, maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, picking and placing components or subassemblies into proper fixturing and joining by the application of GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding), exercising product and process knowledge to identify out-of-conformance situations and alerting supervisor or Quality Auditor of these situations in a timely manner, rotation of position into different production teams as necessary to meet production schedules and Company goals in general, and maintenance of good housekeeping practices always. Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas. Qualifications include prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, basic computer skills, ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday, and familiar with welding symbols.
