Billing Analyst

ENGIE North America in Houston, TX seeks an Analyst I, Retail Operations to support accurate and timely billing for ENGIE's Retail Commercial and Industrial customers. You will review unbilled and operational reports, research billing discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and third-party vendors. You will use multiple data systems and Microsoft Office tools to analyze information, respond to customer concerns, and support daily operational processes.
