Patient Transport & Safety Monitor

Gateway Rehabilitation Center (GRC) in Erie, PA seeks a dependable Transport Monitor to support patient movement, transportation, monitoring, and custody within our Erie program. You will escort patients, maintain daily logs, coordinate with referring agencies, perform basic vehicle maintenance coordination, and participate in mandatory trainings as part of a safety‐focused, mission‐driven team. Strong communication, reliability, and adherence to policy are essential.
