Director of People & Culture - Luxury Hospitality

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead all HR operations, benefits administration, housing, talent acquisition, and employee relations in a luxury hospitality setting. You will partner with hotel leadership to align people strategy with business goals, oversee performance management, succession planning, and community-wide wellness, inclusion, and engagement initiatives, while upholding Four Seasons standards.
