Requirements:
Enthusiasm ModestyExcellent communication skills Comfortable in a fast environment Follow procedures implemented by federal, state and local health codes Must be able to lift between 25 and 50 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods (periods that may last approximately 4 hours and 45 minutes) You have to know how to do simple math computations Must be able to read and write You have to be able to learn all the recipes for everything on the menu by heart
