Portfolio Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain portfolio and fund-level financial models Prepare portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and presentation materials Analyze portfolio performance, including actual vs. budget, forecasts, and key operating trends Evaluate portfolio composition, financing and capital structure, and potential exit opportunities Partner with Asset Management, Acquisitions, and FP&A to support investment decision-making Assist with portfolio reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Support acquisition, financing, and other transaction execution Identify asset and portfolio-level opportunities to improve financial performance Help develop scalable reporting and analytical processes using technology and business intelligence tools Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or a similar analytical role Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Strong quantitative and analytical abilities Ability to read and interpret financial statements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Real estate experience preferred but not requiredSQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus
