Hardscape Crew Leader

What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of hardscape installation experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in person in North Carolina. Ability to operate landscape/construction equipment. Experience driving a light-duty dump truck and towing trailers. What Will Help You Stand Out 5+ years of landscape construction/hardscape installation experience. Experience with natural stone and concrete products used for patios, walls, and outdoor kitchens. Landscape or construction education is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment: This is a physically active outdoor construction role. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds and work around equipment, noise, dust, changing weather, wet surfaces, and uneven terrain. Travel to job sites throughout the Triangle area is required using a company vehicle from the shop.
