Support Worker

What You'll Do: As aSupport Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll: Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives. Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families. What You NeedAhigh school diploma or equivalentor anAssociate degree in Human Services.2 Years previous work experience with children and families A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
