Thought Leader Liaison (South Central)

Role: The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based role focused on building and managing strategic partnerships with national and regional KOLs in the US within the rare nephrology space to support the growth of FILSPARI (sparsentan) for IgAN and FSGS. Responsibilitiesdevelop regional account strategies engage KOLs through personalized interactions and advisory boards collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Insights, Sales, Medical Affairs, etc.) identify and recruit KOLs for marketing initiatives collect and analyze market insights ensure compliant messaging support promotional speaker activities RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences at least 8 years of experience in rare disease or specialty marketing, with strong understanding of nephrology proven ability to build relationships with thought leaders and internal stakeholders excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Preferredadvanced degree prior experience in small molecule pharmafamiliarity with rare kidney diseases High-Valuerare nephrology (IgAN, FSGS) KOL engagement advisory boards cross-functional collaboration field-based with 50-60% domestic travel role involves face-to-face interactions and regional presence Work Setupfield-based in Kansas, Missouri (Remote), or Texas (Remote), with significant travel
