Greenberg Gross LLP in Las Vegas is seeking a Head of Human Resources to build and scale the HR function across its multi-state operations. This senior, hands-on leader reports to the Managing Partner and partners with firm leadership to shape people strategy and drive growth. The role develops scalable processes, leads talent acquisition, compensation, compliance and HR operations, and strengthens culture while managing change across the organization.
