Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, employing a variety of diagnostic tools and evaluations to determine physical functioning, strength, and mobility issues. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with patients' rehabilitation goals and needs. Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and treatment modalities, tailored to each patient. Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery. Monitor patient progress closely, documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to deliver integrated, holistic care. Stay updated on developments in the field of physical therapy, integrating new techniques and research-backed practices into your patient care. Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse patient population ranges from post-operative individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries to those with chronic pain conditions and sports injuries. Your role will include creating a supportive environment conducive to recovery and maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's degree is preferred. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with state regulations. A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable manner to patients and their families. Proficient in conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive care plans. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.

Preferred Experience: Experience with a wide range of physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation. A demonstrated commitment to patient advocacy and engagement in rehabilitation practices. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
