Assistant Manager, Park Oaks

What You'll Do: Help future residents fall in love with their new home by providing engaging tours of our beautiful apartment community. Keep our apartment make-ready process running smoothly by coordinating with our maintenance team and vendors to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and on schedule. Be the friendly voice and face of our community by responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Guide new residents through the leasing journey—from application to move-in day. Build lasting relationships with residents and help create a community they're proud to call home. Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and community outreach. Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
