Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders Enforce jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized site Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
