Sales Merchandiser

Location: 6256 North W Street Pensacola, FL 32505 Panama City, FL (2 openings)

Clearance Requirements: 7-year national & county criminal background check; MVR required (no DUIs); 5-panel drug screen (10-panel for driving roles). Must clear prior to start. Position Status: Contract (Part-Time - 25 Hours Weekly)

Pay Rate: Up to $17/hour + $50 weekly mileage reimbursement Position Description:

Schedule: 7:00 AM - Until route completion3 days per week (Saturday & Sunday + one weekday) Approximately 25 hours weeklySchedule may vary based on business needs Merchandisers typically service 4-6 retail locations per day.

Key Responsibilities: Travel between assigned Publix and Walmart locations using personal vehicleStock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products to maximize shelf visibility and salesReset coolers and shelves according to planograms and schematicsBuild and maintain floor displays and point-of-sale (POS) materialsPlace pricing and promotional signage accuratelyOperate hand trucks and pallet jacks to transport cases to the sales floorMaintain clean, organized, and safe back-stock areasPartner with store managers and sales representatives to optimize display placementSubmit required activity and merchandising reportsProvide professional customer interaction while representing the brand Required Skills/Education: Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs) Reliable personal vehicle and active auto insuranceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and reach throughout shiftStrong time management skills and ability to work independentlyComfortable working in retail and occasional cold storage environments Preferred Qualifications:1+ year of retail merchandising, grocery, stocking, or CPG experienceExperience with planograms and retail resetsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to build positive working relationships with store personnel Additional Details: No interview required; resume review for considerationDress code: Khakis, polo shirt, and closed-toe, non-slip shoesPay begins upon arrival at first assigned store (not from home) Weekly mileage reimbursement provided About Seneca ResourcesAt Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm - we are a trusted career partner.
