The successful candidate will play a key role in: Accurately doing data entry in Agency's computer systems to create and maintain records. Scanning and filing documents and doing other basic clerical tasks. Providing administrative support for Agency operations include answering Agency phone and greeting visitors. Preparing simple correspondence and assisting staff with other routine administrative needs. Candidates should be organized and reliable. Candidate should be experienced in PC software, particularly Word and Excel. PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOC - 10124 This position is also open to qualified persons with a disability who are eligible for the 55-a Program.
