Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Operations daily, attending stand ups and monthly meetings.
  • Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision-making. Ensure the accurate compilation, timely reporting, and analysis of data.
  • Participate in monthend closing including journal entry preparation and variance analysis.
  • Support monthly expense and headcount management. Partner with GBS teams to ensure results are accurate and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Conduct customer centric reporting and analysis
  • Lead various Operations finance projects
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
  • Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or other relevant area
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis and reporting preferably within a large, matrixed organization
  • Hiring Criteria
  • Proven ability to make logical assumptions, incorporate external and internal information, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselines
  • Possess advanced analytical capabilities with proven financial modeling skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint and OracleStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge strong professional relationships with peers and senior management
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement with a successful track record of optimizing processes
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and implement them successfully
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action
