Senior Field Superintendent - Construction Leader

Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent Location: Orange County / Los Angeles Area, CA Salary: $75,000 – $200,000 Position Summary We are seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to oversee daily field operations from mobilization through project completion. This individual will be responsible for safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and successful project delivery. The Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader and work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead daily jobsite operations and field execution Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners Develop and manage look-ahead schedules Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications Manage inspections, testing, and trade coordination Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and workforce planning Track project progress and maintain daily reports Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover Qualifications Experience supervising ground-up and renovation construction projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Public works, education, healthcare, or institutional project experience preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Healthcare benefits 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Performance bonus opportunities Advancement opportunities #ONEN Contract Info / Information sur le contrat Job ID / No. du Poste: 57134445 Open Positions / Postes Ouverts: 1
