Dietary Aide - Part-time- 1st shift

Responsibilities: Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction QualificationsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
