Responsibilities include safe operation of tractor-trailers, pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logs, and on-time pickups and deliveries while following all FMCSA/DOT regulations. Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer for regional and long-haul freight across the Southwest Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment checks Follow FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations at all times Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and delivery documentation Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and dock personnel Secure and protect freight to prevent damage or loss Adhere to delivery schedules and on-time performance standards Report equipment issues promptly for maintenance Represent Redbone Trucking Inc. with professional conduct on the road and at customer sites Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training CDL-A tractor-trailer operation Defensive driving FMCSA/DOT compliance Electronic logging devices (ELD) use Trip planning and routing Vehicle inspection and basic troubleshooting Freight securement Time management Paperwork and documentation accuracy Customer service communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL-A license Clean MVR and safe driving record Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations Ability to pass DOT physical and drug test
