Your Role: Provide intensive nutrition counseling and weight management coaching via phone, video, chat, text, and email. Support medication management for comorbidities associated with obesity, under the supervision of designated physicians. Engage in remote patient monitoring using devices like scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, and ketone meters. Assist patients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications as per established protocols. Collaborate with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Quickly establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse range of patients. Utilize motivational interviewing and other techniques to promote positive behavior changes. Consistently meet program metrics while maintaining high standards of care quality. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications: Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, with a valid state license where applicable. Willingness to acquire necessary state licenses for member coverage. Open to constructive feedback to enhance patient interactions. A HIPAA-compliant workspace equipped with high-speed internet for secure communication. Proficient in advanced technology, including electronic medical records and various digital tools. Ability to adapt communication styles to effectively engage a diverse patient population. Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Must not hold full-time employment elsewhere. Must reside in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is highly preferred. Availability during evenings and Saturdays is an advantage.

Hourly Pay: $42-47 based on experience. All-inclusive pay structure covering all work performed, including documentation and administrative tasks. Longevity bonuses: Receive a $500 bonus after 6 months, with quarterly bonuses thereafter after the one-year mark.
