What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GEDPrevious multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferredHVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance experienceEPA Certification preferred (not required)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls/on-call rotation Basic hand tools and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills
