Your Impact: You won't just be filling out charts; you'll be changing lives by: Designing personalized nutrition plans that help our patients regain strength and health. Guiding and empowering patients through one-on-one counseling and dietary education. Partnering with our clinical team to ensure every diet order is accurate and effective. Ensuring our food services are not only nutritious but enjoyable for our residents.

Must-Have: A valid Colorado Registered Dietitian license.

Nice-to-Have: A Bachelor's degree and experience in SNF or LTAC settings. The Details Part-Time Tuesday-Saturday
