Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial performance, trends, variances, and key business metrics. Develop financial models and provide data-driven insights to management. Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance. Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes. Support accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting activities. Ensure financial records and reports are accurate and properly maintained. Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor spending. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, efficiency, and cost management. Support internal and external audits as required. Assist with financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership. Manage and mentor finance team members when applicable. Perform other finance-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Experience with financial modeling and business performance analysis. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals is a plus.
