Retail Sales Specialist

Role Description: The Retail Sales Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based at e. Allen Boutique in Nashville, TN. In this position, the specialist assists customers with styling and wardrobe selection, provides product recommendations, and supports a high-end retail experience from greeting to purchase. Daily responsibilities include engaging clientele on the sales floor, maintaining visual merchandising standards, processing transactions, and keeping the boutique organized and inviting. The role also involves learning designer collections, staying current on fashion trends, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and deliver consistent, elevated customer service.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and create a welcoming, boutique-level experience. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to provide clear styling advice, explain product features, and support team collaboration. Candidates should possess Retail Sales experience and basic Product Knowledge to drive sales, handle POS transactions, and understand designer offerings. Ability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends, with reliability and professional presentation in an upscale retail environment. Interest in fashion and styling, with the ability to curate outfits and stay informed on current trends. Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury customer service is preferred but not required.
