WHAT YOU'LL DO: Ride along with and assist licensed Service Plumbers on residential calls across Indianapolis Help with plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations — water heaters, water lines, fixtures, and more Learn plumbing systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques hands-on every day Develop the customer communication skills that make a great plumber Keep the service vehicle stocked, clean, and readyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORNo plumbing experience required — we train from zero Strong work ethic and a coachable attitude Reliable: on time, every day, ready to work Able to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stay on your feet Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United StatesCAREER PATHPlumbing Apprentice ($16–$18/hr) → Service Plumber ($52K–$150K/yr) → Senior Plumber → Leadership.
