Reporting directly to senior leadership, the attorney will partner closely with executives while supporting the company on commercial contracts, compliance, licensing, litigation management, intellectual property, employment matters, and other legal issues that arise across the business. The Opportunity: The primary responsibility of the role will be drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, manufacturing, and lease agreements. In addition to commercial contracting work, the attorney will provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, licensing, insurance matters, privacy, employment issues, intellectual property, litigation management, and mergers and acquisitions activities. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business while partnering directly with leadership on important legal and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements. Provide legal guidance to executive leadership on business operations, risk, and corporate matters. Oversee licensing and regulatory compliance initiatives. Manage insurance-related legal matters and risk management efforts.
Key Responsibilities: 1 Assist with intellectual property matters and M&A activity, including due diligence and integration support.
