Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on Chevrolet and GM models. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to performing quality work that exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Accurately complete repair orders and document all work performed
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates regarding vehicle issues and repairs
- Stay current with GM factory training and technology updates
- Inspect and test vehicles to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferredASE or GM certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
