Strategic HR Director Healthcare Facility

Aperion Care West Chicago is seeking an HR Administrator to direct the human resources functions in line with federal, state, and local standards and the facility's policies. The role focuses on interviewing, training, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all employment laws. You will also assist with personnel budgeting and promote confidentiality and residents' rights throughout the facility.
