Land Development Manager – Build Communities & Homes

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee the Division’s land development program, directing roadway, water/sewer, earthwork, and public utility coordination. You will work with Area Construction Managers to deliver ready-to-build home sites and manage budgets during entitlement. The role requires 5+ years in land development, a relevant degree if possible, and strong scheduling and coordination skills to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
