Fully RemoteSalary – $160k - $190 Kbase salary plus 401(k), day-one health benefits, semi-annual profit-sharing bonus of 10–20%, PTO and a flexible 9/80 schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-voltage substation physical systems, including general arrangements, equipment layouts, grounding, conduit and bills of material
- Prepare construction drawing packages and review submittals for design compliance and constructability
- Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering work completed by internal teams and subcontractors
- Act as Lead Engineer and Engineer of Record on assigned projects where applicable
- Support proposals, bid preparation, project schedules and construction-related technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and provide ongoing technical guidance
The Successful Candidate Must Have/Show:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university 12+ years of substation physical design experiencePE licence preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD and substation physical design packages
- Strong communication, technical leadership and collaboration skills
