Location: Various locations across California Kinesiologists apply the principles of biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology to promote health and fitness, often working in rehabilitation and wellness settings. Key responsibilities include assessing movement patterns and physical abilities of clients, designing and implementing exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, educating clients on injury prevention and lifestyle modifications, collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care, and monitoring and documenting client progress and outcomes. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or a related field, certification from a recognized body (e.g., CSEP), strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations and adapt programs to individual needs.
