Assistant Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers in planning and managing multiple construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and owners. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes. Assist with estimating, bid solicitation, and procurement. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost reports. Perform regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality. Ensure project documentation is maintained in Procore. Coordinate inspections, permits, and closeout documentation. Help identify and resolve project issues while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5 years of construction or project management experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with Procore.
